DBTree Release 0.8.7

This release includes an improved startup process, a few bug fixes and some general cleanup:

• A simple splash screen and progress bar now appear during startup.
• Startup time has been cut in half.
• Connection and tab selection state from previous session is now restored at startup.
• All DBTree files have been consolidated under the USER_HOME/dbtree directory.
• Highlighted keywords can now be configured via the three files in USER_HOME/dbtree/keywords by adding a new keyword on each line.
• Fixed intermittent rendering issues with the query results table.
• Removed debugging statements.
